Membership & Verification Information: WorkPro may collect invitation information (invitation ID, inviter, invitation type), verified email address, mobile phone number, verification status, and signup security information. Phone numbers are used for account verification, fraud prevention, account security, and recovery where applicable. Phone numbers are not used for marketing without separate consent. Phone numbers are not displayed on public profiles and are not shared with recruiters, employers, mentors, universities, connections, or organizations unless you explicitly choose to share them. Membership Access Request Information: When you submit a membership access request through WorkPro's invitation-based membership process, WorkPro may collect the following information: full name, email address, country, current role or profession, industry, organization or company, university or institution, submitted professional profile links (such as LinkedIn or portfolio URLs), reason for joining, and referral source. This information may be used to: review eligibility for membership; prevent abuse and spam; communicate about your access request; issue personal invitations to approved applicants; and maintain security and audit records. Submitting an access request does not automatically create a WorkPro account. Access request information is retained in accordance with WorkPro's data retention policy and applicable law. Internal review notes and risk indicators are not shared with applicants.

WorkPro uses AI to provide personalized career guidance, networking recommendations, and opportunity matching. To do this, WorkPro AI may use information from your profile, skills, experience, career goals, preferences, professional activity, and network relationships, subject to your privacy settings and permissions. WorkPro Talent Intelligence may use professional information — including skills, experience, credentials, career preferences, and job requirements — to generate candidate or opportunity recommendations for employers where permitted by your privacy settings. You control your employer visibility, open-to-opportunities status, recruiter contact permissions, and credential display. Private information is not automatically shared with employers. You can manage your AI and visibility permissions through your account settings. WorkPro AI is designed to support professional decisions — not replace them.

WorkPro.life does not sell personal information.
